Cristin Brown

Cristin Brown | Biography
Cristin Brown, CFO, joined Headlands Capital in 2024, where she oversees the accounting, finance, and tax functions for Headlands Capital and its funds. She brings over 25 years of accounting, finance, auditing, tax and operations experience to Headlands Capital. Prior to joining Headlands Capital, Ms. Brown was the CFO at Atlantic Street Capital Management (“Atlantic Street”), an operationally focused private equity firm with AUM in excess of $2 billion. Before becoming CFO at Atlantic Street, Ms. Brown was the CFO at JC Flowers & Co LLC (“JC Flowers”), a private equity fund dedicated to investing globally in financial services with $4 billion of AUM. At JC Flowers, Ms. Brown led the global finance function responsible for accounting, investor reporting, valuations and operations. She started her professional career with Deloitte, auditing private equity clients, focusing primarily on leverage buyouts, mezzanine financing and fund-of-funds. Ms. Brown graduated from the University of Dayton, where she received her BS in Accounting.

Michele is a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Atlas Merchant Capital. Michele joined Atlas in June 2014 and is based in New York. Currently, she oversees all aspects of finance, accounting, investor reporting, tax and human resources for Atlas. She joined Atlas as Controller and later served as Vice President of Finance and Operations prior to becoming Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Michele worked as an Auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP in financial services. Michele earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Accounting, summa cum laude, and an MBA from Pace University.

Barry J. Giarraputo joined Neuberger Berman in 2022. He is a Managing Director, and Chief Financial Officer of NB Alternatives with 29 years of experience in the investment management space. Prior to joining the firm, Barry was the CFO of Antares Capital, a middle market private credit manager. Previous to that, Barry served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller of Apollo Global Management and its subsidiaries, and previously as a Senior Managing Director of Bear Stearns. He began his career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Barry earned a BBA from Baruch College, with honors, and is a licensed CPA in New York State.

Jason Kaslow is the CFO and CCO of Tiger Infrastructure Partners. Previously, Jason was the Controller and Director of Investor Relations at Zelnick Media Capital (ZMC). Prior to joining Zelnick Media Capital, Jason was a Senior Accountant at Citi Private Equity Services, CitiGroup’s private equity fund administration division. Jason holds a BS in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

Anna Kelleher is the Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC. Prior to joining One Rock, Ms. Kelleher served as Director of Finance at The Riverside Company, where she was primarily responsible for Riverside’s flagship middle market buyout fund and its structured capital fund. Prior to The Riverside Company, Ms. Kelleher was a Manager in Capital Source’s Corporate Finance Group. Ms. Kelleher also held various corporate finance roles at AOL Time Warner and at Pfizer. Ms. Kelleher began her career at Ernst & Young LLP, where she was an assurance supervisor in the Financial Services Group. Ms. Kelleher earned a B.S. in Accounting from the Carroll School of Management, Boston College. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Mongiardo is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and a Partner at Blue Wolf Capital Partners. Ms. Mongiardo has an active role in management of the firm. She oversees all aspects
of finance, investor relations and reporting, investment and tax structuring, fundings, valuations, cash management, and works closely with the investment team.
Ms. Mongiardo is a senior executive with decades of experience leading successful initiatives and optimizing financial management processes, and over 20 years as a private equity CFO. Prior to joining Blue Wolf, she
provided consulting and advisory services through her own firm, including CFO advisory services, best practice, operational excellence review, and capital raising initiatives. Ms. Mongiardo spent 12 years with Irving Place Capital, where she was a Partner, and has held senior roles at Soros Private Funds Management and Goldman Sachs. She started her career at Deloitte, where she spent four years in the auditing practice.
Ms. Mongiardo is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.S. from Lehigh University and a M.B.A. from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. She is involved with and sits on the boards of
various professional and corporate organizations.

Mr. Parziale is a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Abbott Capital Management. He oversees the financial accounting and administration of all fund products, including the preparation of all Abbott Fund financial reports and tax filings as well as Abbott’s corporate accounting function. Prior to joining Abbott in 2002, Mr. Parziale was an Audit Senior at Ernst & Young, where he worked on audits of investment management firms and various types of commingled funds. Mr. Parziale received his B.S. in Accounting from St. John’s University, his M.B.A. in Finance from New York University and his C.P.A. from the State of New York.

Kristy Trieste is part of the Founding Team and joined Motive Partners in 2017, where she is a Founding Partner and Chief Financial Officer leading the Motive Finance, Operations, Legal and Human Capital functions, and is based out of the New York office. Kristy formerly held the position of CFO and Board Member for Motive Capital Corp (NYSE: MOTV.U), the special purpose acquisition corporations sponsored by Motive’s funds. Kristy brings over 20 years of financial and private equity expertise and is responsible for the financial management of the company, strategic business decisions, operational excellence, and the stewardship of the firm’s investor capital.
Prior to joining Motive Partners, Kristy served as Managing Director of Finance and Operations at Corsair Capital, where she was responsible for the accounting and tax, investor reporting, valuations, and operations functions.
Prior to joining Corsair, she was an Associate in the Finance and Administration Group within the Principal Investment Area at Goldman Sachs. At Goldman Sachs, Kristy primarily focused on the accounting, reporting and operations of the capital partners funds. Before joining Goldman Sachs, she was an Assistant Vice President within the Finance Division of Corporate Investments at Deutsche Bank AG, where she accounted for proprietary direct investments and private equity fund interests. She also worked at Ernst & Young LLP and left the firm as a Manager.
Kristy earned a B.B.A in Accounting and Finance from James Madison University and is a Certified Public Accountant
