Gerald Cimador | Biography
Gerald joined CSL in May 2008 as the Chief Financial Officer and oversees all the firm’s administrative and operations functions including accounting, reporting, and tax. Gerald also sits on the firm’s Investment Committee and several portfolio company boards.
Prior to joining CSL, he was the Controller for Moore Capital Management in New York where he was responsible for managing the accounting and reporting functions for the investment manager and its subsidiaries. Gerald was also responsible for the accounting, reporting, and operations functions of public and private securities. Prior to joining Moore in November 1999, he was a Manager with Ernst & Young LLP’s Financial Services Office specializing in hedge fund audit and advisory engagements. Prior to joining Ernst & Young in 1997, he was a Senior Auditor at Goldstein Golub Kessler & Company, P.C. servicing clients in their financial services practice.

Jonathan Goldstein | Biography
Jon has been overseeing Southfield’s tax and financial reporting since 2007. He has over twenty-five years of experience working in the alternative investment industry. He began his career with a small public accounting firm servicing the tax and financial reporting needs of high-net-worth clients and their asset managers. After earning his CPA license, Jon moved on to auditing and accounting roles with J.H. Whitney & Co, Ernst & Young, LLP and Quadrangle Group, LLC.
Jon is a certified public accountant in Connecticut and received his B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University in 1995.
